Only a Distribution Facility Operator (DFO)representative, who needs to submit Peak Metered Demand Waiver (PMDW) requests to the AESO, can request access to the AESO Tariff Operations Portal.
By submitting this request, the representative confirms that they are an authorized representative of the DFO and that the information contained in submissions made through the portal is accurate and true to the best of their knowledge.
If you are not a DFO, you will have to submit your request manually. Please refer to ID #2020-007, Waivers and Variances Requests and submit the supporting document Peak Metered Demand Waiver Request Form via email. Questions may be directed to dts-waiver@aeso.ca.
